I am a software specialist specializing in PeopleSoft, although I have worked extensively with Epicor (Platinum Software) and also Oracle Financials, and Great Plains, integrating technical solutions to functional requirements. I have extensive experience in performing data conversions (including conversion validation strategies), building interfaces, customizing applications, and configuring systems based on client requirements. In order to ensure that a client obtains their objectives, I perform requirements analysis and, when appropriate, demonstrations, pilots and/or prototypes. The requirements are documented, in order to ensure the client understands what he/she will be getting as a finished product. This reduces the risk of misunderstanding, allows for design modifications upfront, and minimizes rework to the finished product.

My expertise also extends to being a project leader or project manager, based on needs. I have led teams through smaller efforts, such as a team of people converting data, to co-managing projects and identifying risks and risk mitigation strategies to minimize the risk of falling into any of the many pitfalls associated with a project. As a team leader, I have been heavily involved in requirements analysis, gap analysis, design, development and implementation. With my area of expertise extending both technically and functionally, I am capable of bridging many gaps that many others can not. I have experience successfully communicating with persons of all levels of organizations, from officers to junior end users.
